1. Free Trial Period
Most tools on Dephq offer a 14-day free trial period. During this time, you can test the tool fully without being charged. If you decide not to continue, simply cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.

2. Subscription Refunds
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you purchase a subscription and are not satisfied, you can request a refund within 14 days of your first charge. To request a refund, contact us at support@dephq.com with your order details.
After 14 days, refunds are not available for subscription charges. However, you can cancel your subscription anytime to stop future charges.
3. One-Time Purchase Refunds
One-time purchases (non-subscription tools) are eligible for refunds within 14 days of purchase if the tool does not work as advertised or if you're not satisfied with your purchase.
To request a refund, contact us at support@dephq.com with:
- Your order ID
- The tool name
- A brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund
4. Usage-Based and Credit Refunds
For usage-based tools (e.g., pay-per-action) and credit-based tools (e.g., prepaid credits), refunds are available for unused credits within 30 days of purchase.
Credits that have been used cannot be refunded. However, if a tool malfunctions and charges you incorrectly, we will issue a refund for the erroneous charges.

- Tools that were working as advertised but you changed your mind
7. Technical Issues and Malfunctions

- Provide a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved
- Offer a refund even after 14 days if the malfunction is confirmed
8. Cancellation vs. Refund
